Galleon is not an agency and not a venture portfolio. It is the public name for Andrew's independent work: products he runs, tools he reaches for, games he wants to play, and agent systems that do more than answer a prompt.

A useful product includes operation, maintenance, recovery, and proof—not just the interesting code.

Agents create leverage. They do not erase responsibility, taste, or the person accountable for the result.

The umbrella should make work easier to find and trust, not flatten every product into one visual template.

Prefer evidence to theatre
Live surfaces, working links, and repeatable systems count. A good story only helps once the thing exists.
